Studio Ofeefee is an independent creative studio based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, offering handcrafted contemporary jewellery, decorative objects and unique character creations.

2. Products

All Studio Ofeefee creations are handmade, often in small quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces.

Slight variations in colour, shape, texture and finish are part of the handmade character of each item and are not necessarily defects.

Some decorative objects are created using second-hand or upcycled materials. Existing imperfections may be present and will be described where relevant.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Studio Ofeefee participates in the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). VAT is therefore not charged separately.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation by email.

Studio Ofeefee reserves the right to contact customers if an item is unexpectedly unavailable or if additional information is needed to complete an order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will receive a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed before payment.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance. Any applicable statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

6. Returns and Refunds

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their right of withdrawal, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Products made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

This exception does not affect customers' legal rights if an item is defective or does not conform to the order.

7. Care and Use

Customers are encouraged to follow any product care instructions provided.

Handmade jewellery and decorative objects should be handled with care.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, decorative objects are intended for indoor decorative use and are not toys.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product photographs, illustrations, descriptions and other creative content on this website belong to Studio Ofeefee unless otherwise indicated.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Liability and Consumer Rights

Studio Ofeefee aims to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits customers' mandatory rights under Dutch or European consumer protection law, including their rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
