Are all your products handmade?
Yes. Every earring and character is handmade by me, one by one, in my studio in Haarlem.
What materials do you use?
My earrings are made from polymer clay, and some have a UV resin coat for a shiny finish. All earrings use gold-plated stainless steel findings, which are suitable for most sensitive ears. My characters are made from glass , ceramic and wood pieces, painted with acrylic paint and finished with a waterproof varnish.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Every character is one of a kind, so you’ll receive exactly the one in the photos. My earrings are mostly made to order, which helps me avoid waste. Because each pair is handmade, small differences in colour, shape and texture may occur are part of their charm.
Shopping & Shipping
Which countries do you ship to, and what does shipping cost?
I currently ship within the Netherlands and to Germany. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. Living elsewhere in Europe? Send me an email, and I’ll let you know if I can help.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Characters are ready to ship, and earrings are mostly made to order, so please allow 1–5 working days for your order to be prepared. Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 1–2 working days within the Netherlands and 2–5 working days in Germany.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know, by emailing info@studioofeefee.com, and another 14 days to send it back. You can find all the details in the Refund policy.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order from my studio in Haarlem by appointment. Just email me at info@studioofeefee.comand we’ll arrange a time.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
I pack every order with great care, but sometimes things happen during shipping that are out of my control. I’m so sorry if your order arrives damaged! Please email me at info@studioofeefee.com with a photo as soon as possible. For earrings, I can always make a new pair. Since every character is one of a kind and can’t be reproduced, we’ll work out the best solution together.
Custom Orders & Workshops
Can I request custom earrings?
Yes, custom earrings are more than welcome! Email me at info@studioofeefee.com with your idea, like a colour, shape or style you have in mind. Please get in touch at least 7–10 days before you need them, so I have time to make them with care. Custom pieces can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
Can I order a custom character or a portrait?
Yes! I can create a custom character, or even a portrait character inspired by someone special. Just send me a few photos of the person and tell me a little about them. The final result will be my own creative interpretation, so you’ll need to trust me and let me do my best. If for any reason you’re not happy with it, there’s no obligation to buy it. Please allow 2–4 weeks, so I can find the right pieces and give your character the time it deserves.
Do you offer workshops?
Yes! I host small, relaxed polymer clay workshops where you make your own earrings or bracelets to take home. Email me at info@studioofeefee.com for dates and prices.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your earrings away from water, perfume and creams, and store them separately so they don’t scratch. Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth.
How should I care for my character planter?
Each character is sealed with a waterproof varnish, and the inside is coated twice, so it’s protected against everyday moisture. Keep your plant in its plastic nursery pot, so you can easily lift it out. To water it, take the plant out, let it drain, and then place it back. Please don’t hold your character under running water. A soft, dry cloth is all you need to keep it clean.

Where can I see your creations?

Where do you find inspiration?
For my earrings, inspiration comes from everyday life: patterns on clothes, design furniture, and anything that makes me smile or turn my head. Artists I love, like Mondrian, Kusama, Klimt and Kandinsky, inspire me too.
For my characters, it can be a cartoon, someone I spotted on the train or in a café, an old film, or simply the shape of the object itself. Sometimes a vase already looks like someone. I just help them come out.
