Shipping Destinations

Studio Ofeefee ships within the Netherlands and to other European Union countries.

International shipping outside the EU is currently not available.

Order Processing

All products are handmade, and many are one-of-a-kind creations.

Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment has been received.

Custom-made or personalised orders may require additional preparation time. Estimated production times will be communicated before purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands: Typically 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Other EU countries: Typically 3–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Packaging

Each Studio Ofeefee creation is carefully packaged to help protect it during transport.

Where possible, packaging materials may be reused or recycled.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@studioofeefee.com as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the item and packaging.

If your parcel is missing or delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
