At Studio Ofeefee, every piece is handcrafted with care. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at info@studioofeefee.com within this period.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send your item back.

Return Conditions

Please handle your item with care. Items should be returned securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they have changed their mind. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

We will refund eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may wait until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Refunds include the original standard delivery cost where legally required, but not any additional cost for choosing a more expensive delivery option.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Items made specifically to your personal specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal right. This exception does not affect your rights if an item is defective or does not conform to your order.

Handmade Character

Our jewellery and decorative objects are handmade, often using repurposed materials. Small variations in colour, shape, texture and pre-existing characteristics of upcycled materials are part of their individual character and will be described where relevant.

These characteristics do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
